Welcome to the

realities blog

My clients brought their furry companions on their session so I was stoked! Being a dog lover as well as lover of color, I really enjoyed photographing the love. They wanted photographs with the traditional Korean clothing prior to their wedding so this was truly a fun session all the way.

Getting caught-up on blogging these days. Re-living some of these precious memories with awesome couples like this make my job super fulfilling.

Want to learn some fun details that made this wedding special? Read on.

1. The bagpiper ‘piped’ Courtney and her Dad down the aisle. It gave me goosebumps.
2. Both being preachers, Courtney’s Dad and Chandler’s Dad married the couple. It was very special and you could see the happiness in their faces.
3.  At one point, I realized how much the ring bearer loved to be photographed.  At one point, he pretty much took over the dance floor. lol.

Enjoy part two of Jaclyn and Joey’s off the hook wedding at Biltmore. So many gorgeous details and dance moves that won’t disappoint.

There were many memorable things about their wedding but these stood out…

1. The looks on their faces when they first saw their tent!
2. The cake almost touched the ceiling and the flowers went on forever.
3. They had an opera singer serenade during dinner.
4. The guys wore Panda masks because it was the groom’s favorite song. #panda
5. The ‘panda’ did the Hora!

Jaclyn and Joey had a Biltmore front lawn wedding and I’m still swooning over all of the epic moments at this event. I was grateful for a wonderful creative team who worked so hard to execute
the perfect wedding for this awesome couple. Often times I stop to think about what a huge honor and responsibility that my clients have entrusted with me. It takes being present and knowing the decisive moment for every part of the wedding day. I’m thankful for my job and for the clients who trust me to do it with creative freedom, like I had with this wedding.

I can’t wait for this couple’s wedding on New Year’s Eve at Biltmore! We caught the golden light for their e-session and the rest is history. Check out the splendor of gardens at Biltmore and engagement bliss.
