Enjoy part two of Jaclyn and Joey’s off the hook wedding at Biltmore. So many gorgeous details and dance moves that won’t disappoint.

There were many memorable things about their wedding but these stood out…

1. The looks on their faces when they first saw their tent!
2. The cake almost touched the ceiling and the flowers went on forever.
3. They had an opera singer serenade during dinner.
4. The guys wore Panda masks because it was the groom’s favorite song. #panda
5. The ‘panda’ did the Hora!

Jaclyn and Joey had a Biltmore front lawn wedding and I’m still swooning over all of the epic moments at this event. I was grateful for a wonderful creative team who worked so hard to execute
the perfect wedding for this awesome couple. Often times I stop to think about what a huge honor and responsibility that my clients have entrusted with me. It takes being present and knowing the decisive moment for every part of the wedding day. I’m thankful for my job and for the clients who trust me to do it with creative freedom, like I had with this wedding.

Emily and Brad’s wedding at High Hampton in Cashiers was truly beautiful. A few of my favorite things about this event…

1. Emiy’s bridesmaids wore dresses that were in the same color scheme, but all uniquely matched their personalities.
2. It rained throughout their rehearsal evening, then rained all day on the wedding day until 30 minutes before their ceremony. I’ve never seen the rain clear so fast.
3. Emily said I was her “spirit animal.” I’ve never had such a cool compliment in my life. Nothing better than forming a bond and feeling that I can document a persons true personality.
4. The moments after the ceremony when everyone was hugging the couple made me teary eyed. So much love among the family and friends of this couple!
5. I laughed so hard when the guest placed funny face cards over their mouths on the dance floor. So fun to photograph the fun.

Read all about my favorite things at Brittany and Dave’s fabulous wedding at the Conservatory at Biltmore Estate!

1. Brittany had two veils and opted for the one that was rose gold. It was not only beautiful, but it kept with what she truly wanted on her special day! She even had a special gem hair accessory commissioned by Stephanie and Lola Salon to boot!
2. Their wedding was held under a tent at the conservatory at Biltmore, but the sun came out when the couple kissed at the end of the ceremony. Perfect timing for us to get some sunset shots at the south terrace!
3. Their design included elements of chemistry and precious gems. The couple love both of these and it was a uniquely gorgeous combination.
4. They danced with flare!
5. He never stopped holding her hand and the moments between them flowed so naturally.

The Ridge in Marshall, NC had the perfect breath-taking views for Lisa and Neil’s gorgeous wedding.
Things I know I’ll never forget…

1. They asked for NO FORMAL photos. That’s right, no posed portraits. Instead, I captured moments as they happened organically throughout their day. I will never forget the freedom this allowed for my creativity. Thank you Lisa and Neil.
2. They had special toasts with their immediate family before their guests arrived. Everyone was able to connect and relax before the busyness of the day really started.
3. There was lavender everywhere. Since I’m a huge fan of lavender & essential oils, I felt right at home.
4. This wedding was all about bonds.  Their friendships were so evident and authentic. They had no wedding party because their entire guest list would have been considered.
5. Instead of family photos, they opted to hang with their family and friends at the cocktail hour. The hugs from this time frame may have been my favorite part of the day.
